Dear Applicant:

Each year a new application must be obtained from The Rasheed A. Wallace Foundation office or website www.rawallacefoundation.com in order to request a grant. Failure to submit all documents necessary to process the application may cause you to miss the deadline or could result in a rejected application. No organization (current or prior) should assume approval. **It is the responsibility of the organization requesting the grant to submit all proper documents on time each year. **

You may request an application anytime before June 30th of the current year. The Foundation must receive all applications, no later than November 30th of the current year. Any application received after November 30th will not be reviewed and will be returned to the organization.

The executive board will review applications between the months of January to March of the New Year and all decisions will be made at that time. Organizations are funded for a maximum of four years. Organizations previously funded will not be considered for a grant until four years after their last grant. You will be notified via mail of the board’s decision.

Sincerely,
Jacqueline Wallace
Executive Director
